Infinity Scarves

Hello everyone!
I have seen many posts about infinity scarves, they are so trendy and adorable. I didn't have any and i wanted one or a couple. I walked into my closet, looked at my old scarves and thinking if i just saw both ends together then there i have the infinity scarf.
So i did it. I used regular threads that have similar color with the scarves, i tried to saw as neat as possible so it won't look crappy and tacky.
I'm happy with the result, when i get bored with the infinity style,i can just rip out the stitches and i get my old style scarves back.
I bought these scarves from a crafty lady, she hand-knits scarves and sweaters too. Lately,i have been thinking to get my own knitting tools, i have been watching tutorials, and i can't wait to learn and make my own scarves.
Thanks for reading.

Tofu Curry

Hi,
Today is Monday and guess what? It's my Meatless Monday!
I decided to make Tofu Curry. I usually make my own curry paste, but today i used  Patak's curry paste that i got free from filling form on their official Facebook page.
I followed their recipe, which was printed on the back of the jar. As usual, i adjust the recipe to my own taste.

What you need:
1 medium onion,diced
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 package of firm tofu, diced and pan-fried.
3-4 Tbsp Patak's Mild Curry Paste
1 small tomato, diced
1 hot pepper (you can use jalapeno)
3/4 Water
      Hot,cooked rice

How to:
Sauté onion in oil, add tofu and stir until well mixed. Stir in Patak's Mild Curry Paste, cook for 1 minute.
Add tomato, hot pepper, and water. Simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes. Serve over hot, cooked rice.

Cajun Shrimp Pasta

Last night i made Cajun Shrimp Pasta for dinner.
This is one of my husband's favorite meals that i cook.
We used to to eat at Red Lobster and always ordered Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Cheddar Biscuit.
Since we got tired waiting on the line for hours (gosh, they're always busy) and to save money, i did a little research on the internet and made my own Cajun Shrimp Pasta (i always use linguine). It turned out pretty well and my husband liked it.
The only thing that was missing was the cheddar biscuit.
I like to make my own meal,so i can adjust the ingredients to my own taste. I love my Cajun Seasoning hot and spicy.
Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pound linguine, salt, ground black pepper, 4 Tbs olive oil, 1 chopped white onion, 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1 pound - about 25 - shrimp (shelled and deveined, tails off), 1/2 teaspoon of dried, crushed thyme, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoon tomato paste, lemon juice, dry parsley.
How to:
(Recipe serves 4 people. Make necessary adjustments for larger quantities)
Cook the pasta,set aside.
Place the shrimp in small mixing bowl. Dust shrimp with cayenne, salt, pepper and thyme. Toss and let sit.
Saute onion until soft, 3-4 minutes.
Add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir for 30 seconds and do not let the garlic burn. Add tomato paste, heavy cream and a small pinch of sugar. Stir ingredients and continue to cook until blended. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Add pasta and toss.
Allow the shrimp to finish cooking, another 1 to 2 minutes. Add parsley. Season to taste with additional salt and pepper, if desired. Remove from heat, squeeze lemon juice over pasta and serve.

Lorac Bronzer/Blush Duo Hot Flash

I am sharing and reviewing my new Lorac Blush/Bronzer duo Hot Flash that i purchased not long ago. I read someone's post about this bronzer/blush and i was curious to try. I purchased at Sephora. I tried my best to capture the colors,i'm sorry for the bad quality and heavy pictures. This bronzer/blush is very pigmented, the bronzer reminds me of WnW Coloricon Ticket to Brazil.

As you can see, they look natural on my medium skin, but i think the blush is too shimmery (you cannot really see in pictures).

I give 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, i'm loving it and happy that i bought this, even though it is considered expensive.

Thank you for reading.
